columbia capital hires daniel wiggins as associate
August 23, 2007 -- Daniel joined Columbia Capital in 2007 and focuses on communications services and media investments. He is actively involved with Columbia Capital's portfolio of companies including Turbine, Cyren Call Communications, MegaPath Communications, New Global Telecom and Mobile Satellite Ventures. Prior to joining Columbia Capital, Daniel was a senior analyst in the Corporate Development group of Sony Pictures Entertainment in Los Angeles, where he worked on strategic initiatives spanning motion pictures, television, interactive entertainment and digital media. Prior to Sony Pictures, Daniel served as a financial analyst in the Media Investment Banking group of Montgomery & Co. in Los Angeles , where he focused on merger and acquisition and private equity financing transactions. Daniel received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington in Seattle.
