Atlas venture hires healy jones as associate
June 13, 2007 -- Healy Jones joined Atlas Venture in 2007 as an Associate in the technology group. Previously Healy was an associate at Summit Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing investments in communications technology and internet services companies. He has also worked as an investment professional at Milestone Partners, Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and Harlingwood Equity Partners, focusing on investments in private, growing technology and services businesses. Early in his career Healy was an analyst with Hambrecht & Quist's and JP Morgan's technology investment banking group, where he helped execute several transactions, including IPOs for eSpeed, PEC Solutions and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Healy earned an MBA with Honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds an A.B. from Dartmouth College in economics and languages.
